Wellness sessions are guided practices that give your team space to pause, reset, and feel more productive during the workday.

Reflection Journaling and Intention Setting — sometimes we just need to get it all out to make space for some quiet in our minds.

Plans and Pricing
Because we like to keep things simple around here:

$290 for a single 45 minute session with up to 30 participants per session (meditation or wellness session)

$275 a session when you purchase a 3-month package. Package includes 2 sessions (of your choice) per month.
Take the guesswork out of meetings for the next 3 months.
The group size limit ensures we can dedicate time and attention to participants that might have additional questions or input.
All sessions are 45 minutes long to provide employees time for solo reflection between the session and transitioning back to work.
