Adrena knows, through experience, that workplace mental health carries over into home life and having small tools to help manage that is important. This is why she enjoys giving others evidence-based practical tools they can carry with them on their mental health journey.

Her drive to bring these experiences to others has led her to become a certified Guided Meditation Facilitator, Breathwork Coach, Life and Success Coach,  Hypnotist, Time Technique Practitioner, Emotional Freedom Technique Practitioner, and Neuro-Linguistic Programming Practitioner.

Marisol Durkee

Marisol believes the way to maintain good mental health is through practice instead of just knowing you “should be doing it” and that’s why she is dedicated to helping others take action.


As a wellness facilitator, Marisol brings empathy and caring gained through her background in Human Resources, Employee Relations and Wellness in a corporate setting. She is a certified Guided Meditation Facilitator and Breathwork Coach.

We’re not Yogis, we just like sharing our Peace

We were just two remote-working corporate employees, seeing disinterested faces, turned-off cameras, and employees rummaging through their fridges during virtual meetings. What began as leading small, optional wellness sessions to help our teammates feel better and enjoy being “in office” soon led to higher attendance and great feedback. That’s when we asked, “How can we share this with more people?” And that’s how The Collected Mind was born.

Our Mission

Our mission at The Collected Mind is to support virtual teams in finding balance and connection through calming, restorative practices that foster individual well-being and collective harmony. 

Live real-time guided meditations and wellness sessions are the solution to helping your teams be engaged, productive and invested. One of our sessions is more valuable than a dozen wellness webinars. (Everyone No one wants another webinar!)

These aren't just mindfulness sessions. They are meaningful moments when employees get to unplug without guilt. No cameras, no small talk—just breathing, grounding, quiet.

Remote teams don’t need more noise. They need a moment to slow down.

Led by real, caring people in small-ish groups, our sessions offer a personal touch you won’t find in big, corporate-style programs.

Unlike virtual happy hours, Zoom games, or one-time perks like gift cards or Slack shoutouts, guided meditation and wellness sessions offer something more lasting—real, personal growth that stays with the employee long after the session ends.
